With express, a courier arrives at the pickup address within 2 hours in our urban areas. With same-day, pickup happens within the half-day and delivery by 6 pm. With scheduled, you choose the window that suits you.
Base rate by vehicle + distance between the two addresses + chosen speed. The price shown before booking is fixed and includes VAT — exactly the amount charged, no surcharge.
Every ride includes basic transport insurance up to CHF 500. For valuable shipments, the extended insurance option covers up to CHF 5,000.
Yes: the signature-on-delivery option guarantees hand delivery to the designated recipient, with email confirmation. It's the standard for our legal and medical rides.
